hi! i found this neat place from bluesky, i run a web revival feed that picked up your posts about it and i decided to check it out. my meatspace location is just north of Boston in the USA, if you're interested in demographics. i've always been really interested in web communities and using the internet for self-expression and finding likeminded folks, i used to be all over different forums back in the day, and i started making websites in like 2001 haha. i still feel like i'm a perpetual beginner, though, always learning new things and new ways of making things, which is all of the fun for me. happy to be here! c:

I'm definitely in support of forum websites making a comeback. Just a girl who likes art and literature and video games really :)
I'm Limette! my internet home is the indie web (primarily the Melonland Forum and my own website) and my earth home is Germany. I thiiink I got here from a Tumblr post. I have a terrible habit of impulsively signing up for socials despite fundamentally disliking the concept of them... but this has a forum, and I like forums, so perhaps it will be fine. I'm an artist and writer and all the coding skills I have exist in support of the first two things. There are so many creative and skilled coders on the indie web that inspire me to get better at it, too. The possibilities are endless if you know what you're doing!
